StoryCraft Strategies operates The Coach early-access website. This notice explains how we handle information submitted through this website while The Coach is in pre-launch testing.
This notice covers the early-access website and waitlist. It does not describe the data practices of the future production version of The Coach. Those practices may differ and will be documented before broader product use.

We may also receive limited technical and attribution information associated with a submission, such as the referring page and campaign parameters included in the page URL.
After a successful request, this site stores limited information in your browser's local storage so it can recognize that the browser has already submitted an early-access request and, when applicable, authorize the optional research response. Clearing your browser storage removes that local information.
To protect the form from automated or excessive submissions, our server processes connection information for rate limiting. The rate-limit system stores a pseudonymized, cryptographically derived identifier rather than the raw IP address in the rate-limit table.
We use early-access information to operate and manage the waitlist, evaluate and contact potential early-access participants, understand the needs of prospective users, conduct product research, improve The Coach, troubleshoot the registration process, and protect the website against abuse.
Submitting the form expresses interest in early access; it does not guarantee an invitation or participation in a testing group.
We use third-party infrastructure providers to operate this website and process information on our behalf. The current early-access website uses Netlify for website hosting and server-side functionality and Supabase for database services. These providers process information according to their own contractual and privacy terms.
We do not sell personal information collected through this early-access website. Information may be made available to service providers that help us operate the website and to authorized StoryCraft Strategies personnel who need it for the purposes described above. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect our rights, users, or services.
We retain early-access and research information for as long as reasonably necessary to administer the early-access program, evaluate participation, conduct related product research, maintain appropriate business records, and meet applicable legal obligations. We will review retained information as the program develops and remove or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed for those purposes.
Technical security records may be retained separately for security, abuse-prevention, troubleshooting, and operational purposes.
We use administrative and technical safeguards intended to reduce the risk of unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
You may contact us to ask about personal information you submitted through the early-access website or to request correction or deletion. We will evaluate and respond to requests consistent with applicable law and any information we reasonably need to retain for legitimate security, legal, or recordkeeping purposes.
We may update this notice as the early-access program and our data practices evolve. When we do, we will post the revised notice here and update the effective date.
